Feel free to email me on the contact page with the piece that you are interested in, and I will get back to you with the shipping cost. Please remember to include your address for the quotation. Please note that for international orders, any taxes and duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Do you take commissions?
Yes, I am always looking for new commissions. Please feel free to email me on the contact page with details about your project. The price will depend upon the complexity and size of the piece.
  • What is your return or exchange policy?
All paintings and prints are final sale. Please email us at kay@letterkay.com with any questions or concerns regarding your purchase.
  • Can paintings we purchase online be picked up in person?
Yes, paintings can be picked up in person at the City Art Cooperative Gallery at 828 Valencia St, San Francisco, CA 94110.
  • How are these pieces best preserved?
The paintings on canvas and wood are coated in a non-yellowing varnish. These do not need to be framed. Most of my ducks are painted on acid-free watercolor board. These should remain framed under glass. Prints should be framed under glass.
  • Does each piece have limited quantities?
Each painting is original and one of a kind. I do occasionally create a similar painting in a different size. Prints are produced in a limited number. These are numbered and signed.
